Screen Printing
Q - What determines the pricing for a screen printed project?
A - It is important for us to determine what product the art is being imprinted on, how many pieces are we printing, what color the item is, how many colors your artwork is and how many locations we are printing on. With this, we can give you a competitive quote.
Q - How big can I print? And where can I print on a tee shirt?
A - 14" x 14" is the maximum imprint area. We have capabilities to print on the front and back, but we can do sleeve imprints as well.
Q - What is your minimum?
A - Our absolute minimum for screen printing is 12 units.
Q - Do you do heat pressed numbers and names?
A - Yes we do, these projects must be quoted on a per project basis.
Embroidery
Q - What determines the price for embroidered items?
A - It is important for us to see the actual logo in order to quote your project. By reviewing the logo, we can determine if there are any aspects of the logo that may be jeopardized in the embroidery process and also how many stitches it will take to embroider your logo.
Q - What size can you embroider?
A - We embroider sizes from left chest embroidery (approximately 2-4" depending on logo and preference) to full front or back applications.
Q - Do you have minimums for embroidered projects?
A - No minimums for embroidery, but please keep in mind that there is a one- time set-up charge that will apply, even for one shirt.
Q - Do you have personalization capabilities?
A - We can personalize any project you have. Whether it is first and/or last name or a team number, we can do it for an additional cost.
Q - Can you do appliqué embroidery?
A - Yes, we most certainly can, but these projects are priced on an individual bases. Please call for more information.
General
Q - What is your turnaround time?
A - For screen printing, our turnaround time is approximately 5 to 7 business days from art approval. For embroidery, our turnaround time is approximately 10 to 15 days from art approval.
Q - Do you have "rush" capabilities?
A - Yes, we do. Give us your deadline and we will see if we can facilitate it (for a small additional charge, of course).
Q - Is shipping included in your pricing?
A - No, shipping is additional, we use UPS as our standard method of shipping.
Q - Do you have an in-house graphics department?
A - Yes, we have a graphics department to assist you in all your logo development, design creations and any other art needs you may require.
